This exam is evaluated on the scale of 300, out of which 220 are the minimum marks required to get the certification. Candidate can attempt maximum questions in the exam as there is no penalty for incorrect responses.

- Informative literary skills (25%) teaching informative literary skills, determining information needs, locating and accessing resources, communicating information to the students.
- Leadership and administration of program (25%) leadership in educational community, facilities in library media centre, administrating library media resources, monetary and staff management in library media, evaluating media program.
