Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC) Exam Study Guide
The Test Assessing Secondary Completion, or TASC, is an alternative to a United States high school diploma. It was chosen by the states of New York and Indiana as a replacement for the GED exam, effective January 2, 2014. It can either be taken in paper pencil mode or an online exam.
Eligibility for TASC Exam
- The TASC Sekker should be least 17 years old and turn 18 by June 30
- Student is enrolled in a State approved prep program (all District 79 programs are approved)
- One year has passed since the student was discharged from school;
- Student’s high school class has graduated.< /ul>
