Format of the Care Manager Certification Exam
The Care Manager Certification Examination is a computer-based examination composed of a maximum of 200 multiple-choice, objective questions with a total testing time of four (4) hours.
The exam has question on the following domains:-
1. Assess and identify client strengths, needs, concerns, and preferences (26%)
2. Establish goals and a plan of care (17%)
3. Implement care plan (19%)
4. Manage and monitor the ongoing provision of and need for care (24%)
