PMP - Project Management Professional Study Guide Test Preparation

To better qualify for the PMP (Project Management Professional) profession, it is necessary that this certificate is earned first. The exam is a stringent test of professionals' knowledge, ensuring that they have all of the skills and knowledge required to make an impact.

PMP Exam Structure


This 4-hour exam consists of 200 multiple choice questions, of which 175 are assessed. Its comprised of the following sections:

Project Planning

Project Execution

Monitoring and Controlling the Project

Closing the Project

Professional and Social Responsibilities

A candidate is only allowed three retakes in a year. If all three cannot be cleared, they will need to wait a year before they can qualify to take the exam again.
