Multistate Bar Examination MBE Test Preparation Study Guide
The MBE is developed by the National Conference Of Bar Examiners. The purpose of the exam is test to which level the candidate can apply legal principles and reasoning to analyse a given situation. The exam is administered twice a year in February and July.
Format Of The Multistate Bar Examination (MBE):
The MBE consists of 200 multiple-choice questions divided into 2 periods- the morning period and the afternoon period, each period consisting of 100 questions. Of these 200 questions 190 are scored while 10 are for future references. These 190 scored questions are distributed as follows:
Constitutional Law (31)
Contracts (33)
Criminal Law and Procedure (31)
Evidence (31)
Real Property (31)
Torts (33)

The relation of nation and states in a federal system
