GMAT Graduate Management Admission Test Format
The GMAT is probably a difficult test and the candidates are tested beyond their limits and what they have learnt at their schools. The appearing candidates need to show a deeper analysis of their understanding of critical analysis. The exam usually tests if the student has acquired any other experience or knowledge in the business sector apart from the academic knowledge. The GMAT consists of three sections:
• Analytical Writing: In this section the candidate has to write two essays within an hour.
• Quantitative Skills: This seventy five minute tests features 37 questions and is used to evaluate candidate's skills to analyse data and solve problems.
• Verbal Skills: This section also lasts for 75 minutes and consists of 41 multiple choice questions. This section tests the reading comprehension, critical reasoning and sentence correction skills of the candidate.
