PHR - Professional Human Resource Test Preparation


The PHR certifications are awarded by Human Resource Certification Institute. Getting PHR Certified demonstrates that the candidate has mastered the increasingly complex human resource body of knowledge and is ready to stay abreast of new developments in the HR field.

The eligibility for appearing in this examination


The candidate should have two years of exempt level human resource management experience. A minimum of 51% of daily activities should be related to Human resources. However students or college graduates with less than twelve months from graduation can also apply.

Applications are invited on-line and there is certain non refundable fee that is charged in lieu to examination. Candidates with following attributes are considered ideal for appearing in the examination:

  • Focuses on program implementation
  • Has tactical/logistical orientation And accountability to another HR professional within the organization.
  • A candidate with two to four years of exempt-level generalist HR work experience
  • Focuses his or her impact on the organization within the HR department.
  • Commands respect through the credibility of knowledge and the use of policies and guidelines to make decisions.
